They hold necessary information for you to know, such as: Weekly announcementsHomework for the weekThe phonics and spelling skill that will be tested each weekThe weekly "Words to Know" sight wordsOur math skills for the weekThe Social Studies or Science lessons for the week.On the back of our newsletter you will find the "Ask me..." page. This page is designed to help parents ask the million dollar question "What did you learn in school today" and get a better answer from your kids than "I dunno...stuff." I list many questions for you to ask your kids all about things we learned the week prior. If they don't know the answer, they should! So be sure to have them come in to school the next day and find out what they missed (or maybe just forgot)
